Danielle Sassoon Visits Heschel High School

Danielle Sassoon, former Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, visited Heschel High School as part of this year’s ongoing programming exploring public service and honoring those who serve. Sassoon, in conversation with Head of School Ariela Dubler, spoke about her work as a federal prosecutor, highlighting notable cases she led, her experience clerking for Justice Antonin Scalia on the U.S. Supreme Court, and her recent decision to resign following the Justice Department’s order to drop charges against Mayor Eric Adams.
