Grade 8 Gathers for Israel Trip Tekes

Grade 8 parents and students in grades K through 7 gathered for the Grade 8 Israel Tekes, the Israel trip send-off ceremony. Students spoke movingly about the upcoming trip, exploring themes of community, holiness, gratitude, and Israeli strength. The program featured songs and prayers for Israel, for the hostages still in captivity, and for the IDF. Seventh grade student council representatives and their Kindergarten buddies shared their good wishes for a safe trip, and first grade buddies gifted the eighth graders with personalized luggage tags. The beautiful Tekes certainly set the stage for a meaningful trip ahead!
