High School Has Hanukkah Themed Color War

A tradition as old as time: Heschel High School broke into Color War this week!

This year’s Color War centered on Hanukkah, with students grappling with a powerful guiding question: How does the Hanukkah story inspire hope and resilience today? Each grade explored this question through a unique lens, developing larger projects tied to a specific theme. Grade 9 examined military strength, Grade 10 focused on ritual practices, Grade 11 explored political autonomy, and Grade 12 took on the role of education.

Every grade competed with passion, creativity, and teamwork, but only one team emerged victorious. Watch the video to catch the competitions and see who took home the win!
