Lower School “Sticks" To Elected Heschel Quote
After voting on the Rabbi Heschel Lower School quote during the Lower School 2024-2025 election, students in 1st-5th Grades created a sticker collage reflecting Rabbi Heschel's words in both English and Hebrew, "Knowledge is Achieved through Curiosity." Each grade completed one word in English and Hebrew and layered on various sizes and colors of stickers in an extremely collaborative process. Integrated throughout the boards are curiosity stickers reflecting thoughts from each child in the Lower School. The prompts include: "Curiosity helps us grow," "Curiosity sparks knowledge," "It's important to be curious," and "I'm curious about." These beautiful works of art will be on display following the February break on the 2nd floor between the East and West dining halls.
