Parents’ Association Hosts HesedPalooza
Heschel’s Parents’ Association hosted another incredible HesedPalooza! Our community filled the building with energy as families jumped into hands-on Hesed projects, and shopped at the annual Book Fair.

Thank you to all who attended HesedPalooza on Sunday and for helping to spread kindness.
This is what we achieved together:
200 spice packs to be donated to families facing hunger this holiday season
500 literacy kits to be distributed to pantries across the five boroughs for kids in need
150 pairs of socks and care cards to be delivered to IDF soldiers on the front lines
$500 raised through Hoops for Hesed to be donated to Maagal Giborim of Kids Kicking Cancer Israel
More than 30 coats donated to housing-insecure children and teens in NYC District 3 public schools and the surrounding areas
And a beautiful tree filled with words of hesed in the atrium.
