VIDEO: Yom HaZikaron 2025

Heschel commemorated Yom HaZikaron throughout the day through meaningful programs. Heschel High School heard from Shai Bernstein who has been serving as a Reserve Soldier in the IDF. Middle School students gathered for a tekes (ceremomy) that included stories from Israelis whose brothers or sisters were fallen soldiers or victims of terrorism. Grades 4 and 5 finished off the day with a ceremony filled with song, prayer, and hope. Am Yisrael Chai.
