Library

The Lower School library supports the academic and recreational reading needs of our students. Students come to the library for regularly scheduled periods to listen to stories, read, study, conduct research, and deepen their learning in various content areas across the curriculum. The librarian promotes library and information literacy skills and fosters the children's love of reading. Students learn how to access and search our library catalog to locate books, magazines, and other resources. The program strives to create in students a love of learning and the ability to become critical readers who pursue their interests in the general culture and Jewish world  in which we live. Students are encouraged to borrow books to read at home.
